Week 17 day 7

Still tender this morning kept waking up during night too. Think it was because I was checking to see of the pain gad went away. I don't like calling it pain because it's not really pain it's uncomfortable. Anyway I felt like I had a cld coming on top.  Start of a sore throat and stuffy nose. Had a smoothie made it with my usual rasp, blueberries and pineapple juice but also added mango. Is nicer without the mango. Had a coffee made with half decaf half caffinated to see if I could maybe do the toilet as I think that's what's causing all the discomfort. I did go but it didn't take pain away completely.

Was hungry at twelve and husband was taking ages to get ready to go to shop so had a banana and a spoonful of peanut butter.
Around 2 I had a prawn mayo open sandwich on organic brown bed. It looks a lot of bread but it was only 100g.
I did some light house work while husband built a desk in the middle room. It's been such a nice day today. Went to argos for a yoga ball and mat for Thursdays yoga. It's annoying as I actually had not these things lying around the house and threw them out not that long ago.
Made venison meatballs and tomato chilli pasta with Phili through it for dinner. Not had it on over a year I think.
The plan was to have chillinheatwave doritos later as u really fancied them but had chocolate and coffee instead.  Thought the coffee might help my toilet issues.

Had a cheeky cranberry juice with lime after walking the dog for an hour.
