Week 14 day 2 - not quite as healthy as planned 11.10

11.10 this morning.
Eh . . .  I'm pretty embarrassed about my lunch choice today. I was so good this morning. Had a pint of iced water while getting ready. Porridge with raisins , honey and cinamon for breakfast. Had an in service day today so could wear jeans. My skinny 12L jeans are tighter than my 12R. All that was clean was he 12L and I had to leave the top button open. I resisted the scone at morning break and had an apple. I did eat a few cadbury éclairs which I wasn't going to photo but I ate them so . . .
Then we made our lunch choice. I usaly always go for a panini or sandwich and ask for no chips/crisps. Today (my supposedly fresh start ) I ordered a triple decker sandwich and I ate all my chips plus someone else's.  I actually though to myself, I will just have a naughty dinner and start again tomorrow. Then I remembered this is supposed to be about nutrition.
I went for a coffee after work in asda. I say coffee , I actually had two cartons of sugar free ribena (already drank 750ml bottle of water throughout the day) . Came home and had healthy chilli which was in fridge and a fruit salad.


Walked 3 miles with dog then I eh . . Had a little chocolate trifle.
