Aaaaah I would of had such a good day of I had just now had the birthday cake. In terms of ww I would have had 42-2 40pp so not too bad to be honest. Made a nice big juicy smoothie for breakfast. Had a meeting just before break then I had a yoghurt and plum. Was a colleagues birthday so had a bit of cake. Had a veg sushi for lunch with a packet of crisps. Thought I should have salmon for dinner as I should really be making the effort to eat more of it. I bought a m&s micro meal. It had an actual piece of raw salmon in it so don't feel cheated. Got some reduced price carrot ans swede mash to go on the side. Had choc trifle for dessert.
