So the last two days I've binged on chocolate at night. Felt awful last night. Really ill. I think it was the chocolate I binged on, ate more than what's pictured . The thing is I think I am genuinely hungry and chocolate isn't the way to go. I shoukd choose fruit instead.
All i need to do is have 10 perfect days where I eat fruit whenever I fancy. In these days I need to
Have 40 something pro points a day, rest made up of fruit.
Do 60 active minutes a day on fit bit or a swim and at least 30
If hungry and already had something sweet , eat fruit
That's all I need to do.
