HEALTHY OCTOBER

Let's see if I can make October a healthy month.  This is the month they advertise stoptober and sober for October.  Since the baby is due the last day it would be a nice run up if I could be healthier. Also maternity leave has officially started  now. I was of sick last week and have taken maternity leave early.  I had hoped to continue up until the October holidays next week. I didn't want October hols included in maternity leave. Health is more important though.

I had bran flakes and raisins for breakfast. Husband built nursery chair. Had ham salad sandwich and sunbites for lunch. We watched the film imitation game. I had fruit woth philadelphia as a snack. Dinner was a double burger and 2 mini corn on the cob.  This is an old picture as I don't know what happened to the picture I took tonight. Had some hershey with a decaf while watching strictly.  Got in two walks today. One after dinner on phone to my mum and then with dog and husband.

Fell asleep on he couch at night while watching Josh then had a couple of glasses of non alcoholic wine.
