5 week challenge 13.3 (3/4) (58-7) 51sp

Ok the last fresh start didn't go to plan. However in 5 weeks we have friends visiting and I really don't want to feel rubbish for the next year. The weight loss has stopped as the only thing making it go steadily down was breast feeding and walking however I am gorging on chocolate every night. Have a really sweet tooth just now. Think I am going to have to buy popcorn to snack on at night. It's pretty low cal and fat. It's also got fibre. I am also going to use ww . I am allowed 52sp a day ( technically 58 when you include the 42 weeklies) . I am also going to use my fit bit to earn activity points which can go towards food once yiu have earned 3 in a day.

I was 13.3 (3/4) this morning.  I think I'm a bit bloated. Didn't go to toilet yesterday as night before I hurt myself going and was worried it had something to do with episiotomy. I was down to 13.0. So shoukd get down to that quickly. Two weeks until new years day. It would be nice to be into the 12s by then.

Feeling really motivated to do this today. Had breakfast bar and a banana while feeding baby. Lunch was a tuna mayo wrap. Walked to tesco with husband , baby and dog to pick things up for dinner. I had a persimmon and 2 kiwis gor a snack. Had a huge baked potato, beans and cheese. Later tonight I had a decaf coffee and half a bar of fudge minis.
