Week 25 day 6 healthier 2 (49-5) 44

Had bran flakes for breakfast. Went for a swim at 9. Did 30 lengths. Had chopped apple and nectarine afterwards. Had a really early lunch of french toast with cheese in the middle. Had a lazy afternoon. Watched everest the film and had a whitworths shot for a snack. Made salmon with rice and vegetables  and a tomato and mascarpone sauce. Took dog out for an hour, went to tesco. Then finally had a slice of lemon tart with scooshy cream.
