Week 31 day 4. 16k steps

Had porridge , cinamon, raisins and honey for breakfast. I went out a walk before lunch and picked up a cajun chicken salad and veg crisps for lunch. It had beans and spinach on it too. Had midwife appt at 4pm. After that I went home amd made the same.pasta that I had last night with the homemade sauce. Husband wasn't coming back until late as he was going to buy a suit after work. I walked dog 2.5 mikes.  Then I walked down to.thr coop t.gey cash. Had two large scoops of icecream woth crushed red velvet biscuit on top.
