35 weeks amd definitely time to be healthier 13.13
I was nearly 13.13 yesterday. Like 13.12 and something. Last night I was over 14 stone so let's say I'm 13.13. I would really prefer to stay under 14 stone.
I went for a swim this morning. Hsd s doctors appt about nerve in keg and headed into Aberdeen for coffee. Had res and muffin ( chocolate cheesecake). Husband made salmon with Phili mash for dinner.

Scan to find out of baby is breech
Off work for the long weekend. Went for pancakes and a walk with a girl. From.pregnancy yoga. We went for a scan tonight to.check the position of baby. Had a midwife appt yesterday and the midwife thought the baby was breech. I was pretty concerned as I had to wait two weeks to find out either way so went for yet another private scan. Baby is head down though!
Was actually not bad food wise until I ate about 500 cal worth of chocolate tonight. Fresh start tomorrow I honk. Since I haven't overly stuffed my face today.

The day of the breakfast bar all over again
I have been so bad the last two weeks and woke up this morning not even able to eat my bran flakes. Had a breakfast bar that I found in the cupboard instead.
Week 34 and day 3
Thus looks like an ok day but I had some chocolate before dinner as I was starving. I also had 5 slices of pizza and drank most of the bottle of lemon full fat Fanta.

34 weeks! 13.9 let's try and have 6 weeks of healthier choices
How far along? 34 weeks!
Total weight gain: 31 lbs. I was 13.9 this morning.
Maternity clothes? It's all I wear. My only comfy jeans are my black ones and my white amd black tunics for work are getting too short. Not sure what to do.
Stretch marks? Not yet.
Best moment this week: hmmmm. Probably getting blinds fitted for nursery. We also out the dining room table in so it's smaller yo make more room for baby. That with the new di ING room blind and large yankee candle makes it look cosier.
Miss anything? Being able to walk for miles.
Movement: yes loads. Think I can feel his hum at times sticking out. His feet also get pretty close to my ribs at times.
Food cravings: No I'm just being greedy. Still really enjoying the homemade pasta sauce.
Anything making you queasy or sick: no
Gender: I think it's a boy
Labor signs: no.
Symptoms: nerve is causing more pain in my left leg. Pressure on my bladder when I try to walk.

Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or moody most of the time : happy of course.
Looking forward to: going on maternity leave. Had another day off on Thursday due to nerve pain.
I am trying to drink 2 L of water a day and do my 10000 steps from now on. Also trying to.sit on my ball more to get baby into position.

Fresh start continues but I accidently ate 2 doughnuts
Was sore this or non again due to.tpilet issues I think I'm going to track water intake on fitbit too. Have let the steps slip again so need to get back into it. Just 10000 a day is all I need.

Thurs 15th off work , ate too much chocolate
Phoned in sick to work because of my leg. Packed my hospital bag and washed the 0-3 month baby clothes. The ironing pile is officially empty. My aim was to get rid of the two ironing baskets before baby came. Now I just have to keep.on top of it. Made maggi mexican chicken for dinner. Ate some chocolate. Went for a bikini wax quite late. Then ate more chocolate!

33 weeks day 3 (14th wednesday) 9k
Had antenatal this afternoon then met one of the girls from yoga for coffee. We couldn't work out what we wanted to eat for dinner and ended up getting a fish supper I had mushy peas with it as I Houghton it may make it healthier . . . I have not been good at all. Need to get back into it. I also need to start bouncing on my yoga ball. Also picked up some newborn sleepsuit and vests that I ordered from Marks. Got the cutest little cardigan woth a hood and ears.

33 weeks day 2 12k
Forgot my banana for my break. Had two slices of ginger bread after lunch just because they were there. Had nct class tonight. Took.dpg a 2 mile walk before. Made the pasta and homemade sauce again for dinner yum yum. Also had a slice of red velvet cake after wards at 10pm.

How far along? 33 weeks!
Total weight gain: I've had a very bad weekend so 30lbs weight gain! Was 13.8 this morning
Maternity clothes? No new ones. Wore the black lace maternity dress to the wedding on Friday and felt really good in it.
Stretch marks? No not yet.
Best moment this week: I loved getting my hair and makeup done for the wedding. Felt fabulous.
Miss anything? I miss being able to walk without being sore and walking far.
Movement: loads! It's very high up aswell.
Food cravings: nope.
Anything making you queasy or sick: I'm actually off the taste of coffee. I will still. Take it now and again but not a big fan.
Gender: still think it's a boy although when I think of the bedding for the cot I see me buying pink. Weird.
Labor signs: just the braxton hicks.
Symptoms: woke up in the hotel room.after the wedding with awful leg cramp. It was in both legs but wouldn't go away from my right leg. Was 2am and I woke husband uo who My squelling. He managed to stretch my leg out.

Travelling back from wedding
Was the wedding yesterday. Didn't take pics of the meal.asit wasn't appropriate. To be honest I don't think I was that bad. Had 2 slices of toast in the morning. Got hair and makeup done. Felt so good. Had two rolls woth ham and coleslaw around 3 in the room. Has soup , beef and sticky toffee pudding for meal. I drank a bottle of alcohol free wine. Had 3 slices of wedding cake. Didn't have the bacon rolls that were put out instead of a buffet.
Woke up with the worse cramp in my leg at two in the morning. Husband had to stretch my leg out.
Had a cooked breakfast at the hotel. Drive my parents home and had 2 biscuits woth a cup of tea. We headed home and stopped for a sandwich and crisps. I wouldn't have bothered but husband has to eat on a regular basis lol.
Had to stop at Peggy scott for the toilet so picked up a takeaway cake. Usually go for the carrot cake but went for toffee instead. Had a large slice with tea when I got home.
Had a marka and spencer curry for dinner. They have brought back the piri piri chicken that I used to get years ago. Yum yum. It was so hot though.

Week 32! 13k 13.5 (3/8)
Had a class this afternoon with the health visitor. Stopped at jg ross for a chicken mayo, salad sandwich for lunch before hand. Also had my wee cheeky truffle dessert. Had picked up an order from boots for maternity pads and a travel hairdryer etc. I opened this with a decaf coffee before heading to the class. When I got home I decided to clean out my drawers and wardrobe. Got very carried away. It started just from throwing a few old things out. Then I went to sit downstairs. I couldn't relax so made a proper job of it. Threw out loads of clothes. Husband cane hope to no dinner made and loafs of clothes on the hall. Feel so good for it now though.
Had to just have an oven pizza for dinner. Went to the clothes bank then walked dog. Washed dog and bathroom then finally sat down.
scoffed sone grapes and raspberrys before bed.
How far along? 32 weeks!
Total weight gain: 27lbs. Was 13.5 thus morning however was lower during the week at 13.3. Think it may be toilet wait lol.
Maternity clothes? Have worn my black skinny maternity jeans to work as they stay up better than black trousers and look so good. Managed to get a couple if nursing nighties and pj's.
Stretch marks? No not yet.
Best moment this week: getting the wardrobe cleaned out was pretty satisfying tbh.
Miss anything?
Nope. I'm. It really enjoying coffee anymore
Movement: loads of movement. Had a wee panic on Thursday night and ended up falling asleep when I should of been feeling fir movement.
Food cravings: had a craving for philadelphia truffle yesterday. Strong enough to make it. Also really wanted hone made pasta sauce and pasta earlier in the week.
Anything making you queasy or sick: thought of coffee.

Tenderness and the need to pee 10 minutes into a dig walk even if I emptied my bladder v twice before leaving.

Week 31 day 7 10k
Made 10k by doing the last 500 steps in the bedroom tonight. Don't even think it was a genuine 10k. Think the fitbit was counting my wrist movements while ironing as steps.
Went into mothercare to take back pj's. Had a roll with sausage and blackpudding. Had such a notion for homemade Phili truffles so I made some however put the mix into a small glass ramikin. Ate one after lunch along with scraping the mix off all the bowls.
Ironed in the afternoon. Had salmon pesto fir dinner. Took dog out although I gad to turn back to go to toilet then meet husband again. Ironed fir an hour or so while watching the film creed tonight. Trying to get the two full baskets of laundry ironed before October.
I git hungry around 9 so had apple cheese and grapes.

Week 31 day 6. 10k.
Been pretty lazy today. Woke up.at 9. Felt really bad about having white bread toast for breakfast. Went to post office to send back bras and send my friends mum photos that I had of my friend for the last two years. Ooops shoukd of sent them back like 2 years ago. Picked up a subway for husband and I for lunch. After lunch I ate an apple turnover with a cup if tea and watched an episode of corrie. I cleaned kitchen then sat up on the bed on the spare room.playing with my ipad as husband was there working.
I had some yoghurt as a snack.
Went to homebase once husband finished work and bought a toilet seat as ours us broken. Picked up stuff for burgers in tesco. I was feeling quite ill.so.ate an apple in the car on the way home for a sugar boost.
Had a double cheese burger woth a corn on the cob for dinner. Took dog out for a wee walk. I went out another 5 minute walk just to make up 1000 steps to meet my goal. Had a carrot , apple and ginger juice as a wee saturday night mocktail.
