Week 22 day 2 could of been a disaster
Someone had brought costco cake in at break and instead of having a banana I had a massive piece with extra icing. Lunch was coronation chicken sandwich and popcorn. Made chicken stuffed with mozzerella for dinner . Took dog out for a mile then washed her. Husband was going to bed super early. I walked to the post box (not the nearest one) and went back the long way. So got loads of steps in. Spoke to friend on phone late tonight and had some strawberries and diet coke. So the cake didn't actually ruin my day. Also when I was out with the dog my husband bought haribo. I ate two. Only two .
It's so nice that I can feel the baby now. It'd reassurance that everything is ok. Can't believe I have a tiny little person in me.

Week 22 day 1 12.6 (3/4) husband felt kick last night
How far along? 22 weeks
Total weight gain: was 12.6 (3/4) this morning so have put on about 1 stone. That's a lot. I have vowed to eat a more nutritious diet. I managed to be good yesterday and I have started wearing my fit bit again. The mantra from now us eat for nutrition not calories.
Maternity clothes? I have no new ones. Apart from 2 Tshirts that I got from next which are maternity (a black and a red and cream stripy ) but not will be a few weeks before I use them. Oh wait I got another pair of the next elasticated waist cigarette jeans ones in a lighter denim. Also I bought two pairs of hareem/tapered trousers but I'm not sure how to wear them. Like what to style them with. I have one week of work left before I go off for the summer holidays and am.strugglong by for work clothes. Wish I could wear jeans to work.
Stretch marks? No still using mama bee. I had red dots on my right boob last night like.burst blood vessels after skin has received trauma. I think its from.carrying a shopping bag from morrisons yesterday.
Best moment this week: husband got to feel.the baby move last night. I purposefully Farnham glass of iced water when I came out the bath and was lying on the bed. The baby started going nuts. So husband got to feel it properly for the first time. Also had our follow up scan on friday and got some nice profile shots.
Miss anything? Really fancying sushi from asda today. So yes smoked salmon!
Movement: I don't feel.mobement that much to be honest. A whole day will go past and I will think I haven't felt anything. I feel.moatnwhen lie still on my back. Iced water does the trick. As I said I a previous question husband felt it for forst time properly this week.
Food cravings: I had a notion for pop tapes yesterday. Like baby potatoes. IIa. Not usually a big fan of them and often opt for frozen mash instead.
Anything making you queasy or sick: no
Gender: the ultra sound woman on friday kept referring to the baby as a he . . . However last week the other woman was referring to it as a she.
Labor signs: thankfully no
Symptoms: Boobs haven't been that sore the past couple of weeks which I found worrying however I have had a scans so Know not to be worried. Tummy is getting bigger every week. It's still very neat apparently even though I feel massive.

Happy or moody most of the time : happy but I did have a bit of a cry on Wednesday night because husband told me to.stop eating chocolate. Went to bed crying.

Week 21 day 7 time STOP eating rubbish before its too late!
Had bran flakes for breakfast. Walked to morrisons for bread and dinner . Had a cheese and onion mayo and salad sandwich. We made pan fried salmon with potatoes veg and tomato and mascarpone sauce. Had revels and a caramel pot for desert. Also had a cranberry and pineapple while knitting this evening.
Week 21 day 6 (sat 25th) out for a meal
Went into Aberdeen in the morning very quickly with husband to get glasses for a colleague and take dresses back to next. Town was so busy as there was a parade on. We managed to get parked at a short stay for an hour so we had to be very quick.
Stopped at mcdonalds on the way home. Dog had had diarrhoea on he carpet again. Don't think she's feeling great. Started my blanket again on bigger needles while husband watched the football. I went out for a leaving on meal at the douglas hotel with work. Had pumpkin tortellini and chocolate torte. Ali had rill and butter that's not pictured. Didn't get home until nearly 12 am.

Week 21 day 5 scan!
Woke up between 3 and 4 this morning and couldn't get back to sleep. I had checked out the splinter that I have on my finger. I had went to bed with salon and a plaster on to try and draw what I think is a splinter out. Husband had already tried to get it out last night. Anyway u then didn't get back to sleep. Around 4.30 there was heavy rain and thunder and lightning which woke husband up . He stayed awake as he was getting uo for work.shortly. The EU referendum was all over news. It was a vote leave. I had shower after a half and half coffee and breakfast bar. Fell.asleep for half an hour then left for work. Had my scan in the afternoon. Ate a cheese and onion sandwich in the car outside husbands work. Also drank a bottle of lucozade to help baby move. Had scan at 1.30. It's so good to see that the baby is ok. Could see the profile of a wee triangle nose.
Came home and had a short nap while watching corrie (husband went back to work) . Had stuffed pasta pesto for dinner. I actually picked at a few revels and pringles before hand as u was starving. I took dog out for an hour . Had a tea and an apple turnover then started my baby blanket which I am going to restart using bigger knitting needles tomorrow.

Week 21 day 4 EU referendum
Last night I went to bed crying because oh said I'd eaten too much chocolate. I had eaten 2 small mars bars, 2 choc puddings and was taking a handful of revels before bed but still. So woke up still annoyed by it.
Went for s hot choc and pastry aftrr work.
The dog was sick and had done the toilet in the living room so had to clean that up. Didn't want to eat in the house after that so we went to the ashvale before voting. I had a blackpudding . Had to send first one bsck as it was cold. Ended up with a second helping of chips.

Week 21!!! 12.5
How far along? 21 weeks
Total weight gain: 13 lbs . Only put half a pound on this week. I think the points wee keeping me on track. I'll start the points again tomorrow and try and keep control.
Maternity clothes? Always in my maternity jeans . Ordered a maternity dress from next earlier this week. Also.justbordered tapered trousers and some dresses from work for next. They be ill probably all go back.
Stretch marks?
Nope
Best moment this week: the 20 week scan! Also feelong the baby move has been amazing. Just wish I could feel it more often. And I get to go for another as the baby wouldn't move into the position she wanted to see its heart and face.
Miss anything? No.
Movement: finally! On Thursday night before the scan on friday. I was lying in bed with my hand on my left side of my tummy and I felt this state like popping convulsion feeling 3 times. I turned into my side and it stopped. I felt it on friday night and a little bit while the scan was being done. Felt it a couple of times on saturday but not so much yesterday until I was lying in my bed I felt it a bit.
Food cravings:
Anything making you queasy or sick: no. However I had a subway on saturday and did not enjoy it at all. Think that will be the last one I get for a while. Also sick of ham salad sandwiches which are my go to sandwich. Like my whole life.
Gender: I don't know bit I think it's a boy.
Labor signs: no
Symptoms: feelong the baby and a growing bump!

Happy or moody most of the time : mixed but I would say happy. How can I not be.

Week 20 day 7
Was up at 5.30 this morning! It's because husband is on shifts I had a decaf cappuccino and nutrigrain in bed. Watched a couple of love islands on my tablet until I fell asleep. Woke up.at 11. Had a ham salad sandwich with some pringles on the side. Made mars bar cake. Was eating some of the mix while I was making it which I have just ignored cleaned kitchen. Cleaned inside of car
Took dog out a 3 mile walk.
We had duck stirfry for dinner which husband made.
I then went into eat about 4 or 5 bits of mars cake so points are not good today. I ordered wool and needles to knit a baby blanket.

Week 20 day 6 (66-4 )62pp Indian
Was up at 7.30. Had a decaf cappuccino and a nutrigrain. At 9 I went upstairs and fell asleep until 12! Had a subway for lunch. I got a foot long for a change. However I usually get a 6inch subway Melt. Instead I git turkey and ham with no cheese so it cut the calories. Cleaned downstairs very quickly. Walked the dog. Had 2 bits of small rocky road. For dinner we got an Indian. It was so so so good. I ate a lot more pakora than was pictured. Took dog out again. Had a cheeky mocktail. Went to bed and read my book for a bit. Am reading diannielle steels malice. I remember my mum raving about it years ago on tenerife and I just fancied reading it. Felt the baby a few times today. Could even feel it with my hand while I wa sitting on couch. Also started watching love island

Week 20 day 5 scan , marking and mocktail 55pp
Last night when I was lying in bed I felt like a big popping feelong in my stomach 3 times. I was lying on my back attempting to read a book and felt it. It was more to my left side. Like a stronger version of what I felt like while watching dead pool two Saturdays before. Felt almost like convulsions in my tummy.
Had toast for breakfast 6pp. No bananas left do had a graze billionaires shortbread snack 5pp. For lunch I had a ham salad sandwich and apple before leaving for my scan.
At the scan all the major hung were checked. The spine ,especially he bottom and skin over the bump, size of head organs, size of limbs. She Couldn't get the heart fron the angle she wanted or the while face despite trying lying on my side and jumping up and down. We have to go back next Friday for these things ti be checked properly. She did get a view of the top lip and the nostrils. We have a nice wee pic of the foot. Think the baby has a big toe like mine.
Had a kiwi when we got home as I was starving then we got a chinese 21pp. I had a small cupcake 7pp for dessert. I didn't walk dog as I was on phone to my mum. I had a cheeky cookie before finishing my marking. Watched big brother live eviction while marking amd had a couple of mocktail (cranberry and pineapple mixed)
Oh yeah I think I felt the baby again while I was watching TV right before my mum phoned. Also when I was in he bath and then twice when I was lying in bed.

Week 20 day 4 (48-2)46pp
Had quaker golden syrup porridge for breakfast 4pp. Banana at break. Ham mayo sandwich and two apples for lunch 9pp. At meeting after work my bosses husband had made carrot muffins do had to take one out if politeness 8pp. Made meatballs again this time with dolmio stir in light sauce 19pp. Yuck it wasn't nice. Had around 70g of chocolate which I shouldn't of done since I had had a muffin. Raining again so fog on my git a half hour walk.
Oh yeah had a nice glass of cranberry juice after I washed the dog.

Week 20 day 3 12.3(1/2) (44-2) 42pp
I was down at 12.3 this morning so a healthy day has got rid of the bloat!
Had toast again this morning. I know I should be having bran flakes for the fibre but I just love tea and toast in the morning. I had two bananas at break again. It's just greed however it's fruit so I am not caring. an hour later I had some mango after picking up tonight's dinner from asda. I also picked up lunch I opted for the falafel sandwich 9pp as it had 12g of fibre. Bought a litre of water and a small can of diet coke instead of the big bottles.
Made meatballs for dinner 19pp..used lloyd grossman tomato and chilli sauce with half a tub of philadelphia light.
Had 65g of chocolate with a decaf coffee.
Got a few maternity dresses delivered from next however ordered them in a 14 but they are pretty big.

Week 20 day 2 (43-2)41pp
Set pro points to maintenance as I am out of control and it's not healthy. Have eaten an excessive amount of fruit today! However that's not a bad thing.
Had toast for breakfast with butter 6pp
Then a ham salad sandwich with mayo 9pp with an apple
There were grapes going in work and I ate about 3 or 4 handfuls
Fulled pasta and pesto 19pp
I had 2 scoops of icecream with strawberries. 9pp
Feeling better tonight because I have eaten better. My stomach feels bigger! At least I know that's got nothing to do with what I've eaten. My plan is to eat loads of fruit. It's what I like just now anyway so it's no chore.

Week 20! 12.4 (1/2)
How far along? 20 weeks. Halfway!
Total weight gain: 12 lbs. I was 12.4 (1/2)
Maternity clothes? Always wear my maternity jeans with my navy tencel tshirt and blue and white long cardigan. I wear this almost every day of I'm not at work.
Stretch marks? No but my stomach is getting bigger.
Best moment this week: there hasn't really been anything exciting. The week has flown by
Miss anything? Nah. Still smoked salmon probably.
Movement: No. I sometimes think I've felt something but can not be sure. Not sure enough to say I feel movement. Just the odd sort of pulse feeling in my stomach.
Food cravings: not really but if I see something I want it. Like on friday I seen a kid who a ham and cheese sandwich from asda at lunchtime. So I went and bought that sandwich. This morning I read on my app that baby is the size of a banana so I went and bought bananas and I've just finished one.
Anything making you queasy or sick: felt really sick ish on saturday. Think it might be a rush of hormones.
Gender: no idea. I think it may be a boy.
Labor signs: no
Symptoms: the sickness came back a little. The ongoing tender stomach at times.

Week 19 day 6 coffee and lunch at dobbies
Went into dobbies this morning to meet s friend fir breakfast. I had a scone instead of the fry up. We stayed a while and I had a cheese savoury sandwich ( withettuce, tom and cuc) for lunch. Was so nice. When I git home I marked and had a graze snack with tea in the afternoon. Started to feel a bit sick before dinner. Husband made biryani while I watched last night's big brother which ive started watching. Felt better after biryani. Once I walked and washed dog I had 2 kiwis and a yoghurt. Marked while husband watched the football.watched tonight's bb. Had a reasonable day food wise. If oy I could be like this every day.

Week 19 day5
Really fancied something sweet with my decaf instant cappuccino this morning. Colleague opened thorntons millionaire shortbread minis. Had two. Had an apple turnover and a cup.of tea with colleague in staffroom after work. There was nothing decent in asda cafe so bought from.the store and went back to staff room. Dinner wasn't great had 6 slices of dominoes meatilicious stuffed crust over the night. Had picked husband up from train station as he has been down in Manchester since Wednesday at acdc concert.

There were 3 new people at yoga class tonight which was good. Had m and s fruity curry chicken breast before I went with rice. Took dog a walk before and after yoga. Had some maltesers and minstrels which aren't pictured.

Week 19 12.2 (1/8)
How far along? 19 weeks
Total weight gain: put on around 1 and a half pounds his week so I've put on 10lbs
Maternity clothes? I am loving my new maternity jeans that I got from john lewis by company seraphine. I also ordered someone v neck non maternity Tshirts from next size 12. Not sure how long i1l be able to wear them for but they're nice and long.
Stretch marks? Nope still using cream
Best moment this week: enjoyed my little jaunt down to Edinburgh. Was beautiful weather. Also ordered a wardrobe for the guest room yesterday.
Miss anything? Eh . . . I would of picked up sushi for lunch today in an attempt to be healthier. Actually quite fancied it.
Movement: I thought o felt something while watching dead pool on saturday night. Like fizzy bubbles. However because the tv was up so loud I couldn't hear of it was my tummy just making noises. Last night I was lying on the couch getting a foot rub at one point and I am sure I felt weird sensations like when you go over a hill in the car and your stomach goes upside down. I felt it slightly more on the left of my tummy button which is where the midwife got a heart beat.
Food cravings: really enjoying a diet coke since my meeting on Wednesday.

Week 18 day 7 another unhealthy week
I really think I should challenge myself to 4 weeks of healthy eating. It would take me to the holidays.
Today I also had some pringles and the most delicious strawberries.
We went into Aberdeen today to pick up our repaired iron. John lewis couldnt find it at first so we grabbed lunch in m and s cafe while we waited.Went to b and q to get a part for the shower that's needed fixed for ages. Stopped by dfs and Benson beds to lol at wardrobes. Came home I had an icecream. Realised that the wardrobe we wanted wasn't available on line so headed back into Benson to order it from shop.

Week 18 day 6 another unhealthy day
Had a black pudding and potato scone roll for breakfast. Marked 10 papers.We went into our town to run some errands. I took things back to post office, husband got a haircut , bought new go walks, handles for our wardrobe. Had lunch at the garden centre. Husband couldn't eat all of his because apparently the smell of my tuna put him off lol.
Marked all afternoon. Had m and s curry for dinner.
I really thought I felt movement like vibrations in my tummy while I was marking and watching dead pool tonight.

Week 18 day 4 yoga a bit healthier
Had a pretty healthy day however there are a couple of things not pictured which made it a bit of a naughty day.
Went to preganancy yoga at night. Was different from what I thought. It was a very small class. Only 3 of us the other two are 33 weeks and 35 weeks but I think more are supposed to start in the next couple of weeks. Had to take quite a lot with me. Two cushions, a yoga mat and a massive yoga ball. I felt t like we don't do that much actual yoga. More stretching and rubbing. It all seemed to be geared to strengthening labour muscles (I think) so that can't be a bad thing. We had some grapes after class. It started at 7 and finished around 9. Was a very relaxed atmosphere.
When I came home I had the rest of my icecream. I then spoke to my mum on the phone and ate a one maltesers and minstrels a with a decaf coffee. I probably ate the equivalent to a packet.
