Really tired

My mum cleaned my kitchen this morning . Woman u used to do car share with popped in to see baby then walked to tesco with pram . Made stovies for dinner.  Picture blurred as holding  a crying baby .

Another long walk

Got up and fed baby with tea and breakfast bar while my mum cleaned our wee  toilet after the leak was repaired on Sunday.  Also cleaned our hall and did a ton of washing. Once ready we had a cheese salad sandwich then walked down to tesco and marks for groceries. When we got home I gad a nice chunk of m and s xmas cake slice.  Mum made us paella for dinner. gD another slice of cake later.

Longest walk for months

Husband went back to work  today. Fear not my mum was due to arrive at 3.30. Baby went back to sleep until 11 ish so I did too. Walked down to train station to meet my mum. Picked up stuff for dinner from Marks on the way. Walked back home. Mum made chilli while I ate my lunch at 4. Had chilli for dinner followed by lemon tart.

Not bad really.

Couldn't be bothered with sp today. Well I could but I had hit 59sp after my 4 slices of pizza.  I then counted the calories I had eaten today and it was way under 1800 which I need to eat fir milk supply so I had 4 profiteroles and cream.

Fresh start 50sp

I have started a fresh today. Especially since I attempted to try on my pre pregnancy jeans. Obviously none of the size 12 fit but I had 2 pairs if size 14 which are too small.
We went into mothercare today to buy a baby carrier. Also picked up some Christmas clothes for the wee one. Next is next to mothercare so I picked up a pair of size 16 jeans. They can do me for now.
I has porridge for breakfast.
Grabbed lunch before we left. cheese and pesto bagel. Dinner was provided by the inlaws. A mish mash from m and s. I had two southern fried chicken pieces, Potato rosti, coleslaw and salad. When they left at 10pm I had skinny popcorn and tea.

Disgusted

In laws were here and I over indulged. God knows the smart points. Thinking I should make weigh days Thursdays as that's the day I had baby boy. It also gives me just under a week to sort myself out.

Thurs husband cooked 73sp

Husband made steak woth black pudding amd dauphoinause potatoes. Very high in points however it was out of my control. Husband spent a lot of time making it. Just as he was plating up the baby who had been sleeping for the last hour started crying. I had to wolf down my dinner.
I actually had two oranges even though only one is pictured.
I polished off some scooshy cream.whichnos not pictured oops.

Had such an upset stomach tonight. Was convinced I had a stomach bug. I'm. Actually writing this the next day so can safely say I was not sick. Thinking my diarrhoea was down to the Chinese the night before as we tried a new place or the two oranges.

Cleaned upstairs this afternoon. Felt good and it earned me some sp. We had a chinese for dinner. I've counted it as 30sp. bathed the bambino tonight and  did some skin to skin.  Was still hungry so had a plum amd a pear.

Back to ww (13.4) 54sp

I am going to follow weight watchers again. I am allowed 52sp a day an 42 extra sp a week because I am breast feeding. That's 58sp on average a day.
I tried on my next size 12 jeans that I lived in before I was pregnant and was around 11 and half stone.  I can't even get them over my legs!

2 desserts!

We or should I say husband made a sort of katsu curry thing at my request. seen someone make something similar on insta gram.  It was just a breaded chicken on rice woth katsu curry on top. Made a carrot aoy amd honey side .

2 weeks post partum (13.6)

Well I gave birth to a baby boy exactly 2 weeks ago on the Third of November. I have lost a stone since my due date. I could of lost more but have been eating rubbish all week cakes, bicuits etc. I M breast feeding do hopefully that will help shed the weight.
